CAM: Remove operation sequence randomization in "Pattern"

The sequence of milling operations is randomized when moving them to a pattern folder. Please see the video. I think this is a bug.

I just tested that, it doesn't matter. It is always randomized. These settings should IMHO not affect the order of the operations anyway. They should just affect the order of the pattern strategy.

Upon closer look, I see what you mean about this behavior. I'll look into this further and circle back in this post. Thanks for reporting this!
