mudbox 2015 brush stops working

after switching to another application  brush pressure  stops working. I use wacom bamboo tablet, Windows 8 OS

Hi, I'd like to report this problem too.

When I click on another application on my 2nd monitor, then come back to mudbox, all sculpt brushes apart from 'Grab' have stopped working & the same for the paint brushes.

My setup :

Win 8.1

Bamboo Pen CLT-470 (latest 5.3.5-3 drivers from wacom)

Mudbox 2015 (Up to date)

NVidia GTX 680 4GB (Latest 344.75 drivers from NVidia)

Not such a problem for normal work but very annoying when trying to pause/ unpause a tutorial & come back to mudbox.

Any ideas ?

Hey guys, I was also using windows 8 and when ever I tabbed out of mudbox I had a similar issue. The issue seems like it could have been with Win 8 so I ran mudox 2015 in compatability mode(win 7) and so far it's working fine!

Many thanks, Sarankan, that seems to have cured the issue for me !

It's been a long time since I had to use the compatability mode for a program & then it was games but it's a great solution.

Hopefully it works for other people too & they find this thread when searching the problem.

Same problem. running 2015 and Windows 8.1. Who to blaim?

same, can't use half the screen on my wacom in mudbox, in windows 8.1, photoshop is working perfectly as is windows navigation, but mudbox cursor won't move beyond a tiny percentage of the screen, and it drags.
