Local relative linking in message body

Eric,

 

I recently noticed that though I can add links in the body of my message to typical protocols like http and ftp, I cannot seem to create a hyperlink for local links.

 

For example, I was attempting to create a local link for a user to access his %TEMP% folder location.  I attempted to link this in the body with file:\\%temp% and it did not work.  I got an error page and a correction.  Is that something that can possibly be added?  Sometimes users don't have an administrative understanding of Windows and negotiating some of these locations which are unique per user would be simpler if I could include the Windows system environment variables as a link. 

 

Just a thought.  If not, no big deal.
