I see a lot of "thankyou for your input that has been added to the list" but has anybody noticed anything that has been fixed/changed. Is there a timescale on this or is it in the pipeline for the next time the site is updated in 2020. I'm just wondering
We are actively working with our vender to implement some of the suggested changes and will hopefully get those done by the end of this week. All of our user's suggestions and concerns are important to us and we want to make sure that the most critical issues are resolved first, though we may not be able to address every one.
Thanks for your patience and understanding.
Are you talking about improvements to the forums? The most important improvement I want to see is getting the spam filters to actually stop the spam. Second behind that would be improvements to the way in which we report said spam.
The other stuff? It'll (hopefully) be nice -- but it's less important.
Thanks for your input. The spam issue is definitely close to the top of our list as it is a prevalent and annoying issue.
Stay tuned to find out when these changes will be implemented.
Such as... ? Or do we guess?
IMO, "not a lot has changed" is a general statement and is pretty accurate considering there are hundreds of complaints/comments/issues pointed out in this forum since the redesign launch one month ago.
Personally, I have a list of 35 forum design/functional issues which I consider significant, 30 of which are specifically related to the redesign, so far 2 of them have been resolved...
