Can not get the imported image from revit (fbx file) to appear in 3dsmax design. The sceen does not show the views with the image there.  It work just once after loading upate and its back to the same.  This is a 2013 version from autodesk assistance program.  I was thinking mavbe the program was not loaded properly.  This is unlikley since I inputed the product key and serial number.  Appreciate somones help.

Revit 2013 can link directly into Max 2013, no need for fbx.

In Max, click on that big green button at the top left corner

and go down to the "Import" menu and select "Link Revit"

You don't even need Revit installed on that computer. Just

click on a Revit file icon and see how you will have access

to all the Revit views in that file. All that stuff comes up in

the Max 2013 "Manage Links" dialog. One thing that confused

me was that you have to click "Attach File". And then there is a

bunch of other "old school" AutoCAD kind of stuff with Max

that's not too hard to figure out if you are a Max person, I'm

not. Good luck.
