So I looked at my profile for the Autodesk login for the forums.

I am using an old e-mail address that will one day not work when someone decides that they have forwarded my e-mail long enough to my new address.

PROBLEM.

When my company was aquired, I set up a new username and password using my new e-mail address.

then I forgot I ever did it. LOL

Now trying to edit my e-mail address so that the user name that you all currently know me by can continue into the future...........

I get.

A user with that e-mail address already exists. Sorry dude your alter ego is STOPPING YOU IN YOUR TRACKS.

How can I get this corrected. Before I completely forget who I am LOL

No john not necessary in this case

log on to the new account you created that has the correct address and change the email there to what ever.

Then log on to your old account and changed the address to the one you want.

Thanks

You should put in an Autodesk Customer Service Requiest:
