Hmm. Very strange! I'm unable to reproduce the issue but I'm wondering if this is something more geographical.

I tried to connect through proxy.
From some IP's (US, CH) forum works correctly, from other (RU, UA) - same errors.
It seems, that error depends on providers.

As a Community Manager you have the opportunity to see the IP-address and the location of the user respectively.
P.S.: I was lucky. Although I am from the Ukraine, but I have not such problem.
Can those having issues also give your browser version and attempt a different one then report back?
