I'm trying to change the email address on our company's Subscription centre account to my own, but can't because I already have an account for the discussion groups.
How can I delete my discussion groups account, and free the email address so I c an use it for the subscription centre?
Sandy, both Subscription Center and the Forums use Single Sign On (SSO) - these accounts should be in sync, both should be using the same login name, password and email address.
If however you want to change your email address here in the forums, when logged in, go to "Edit Account Information" in the upper right.

Basically, had access to two accounts:
- the company one linked the subscription
- and my own, which I'd been using for the discussion groups
I wanted the change the contact address on the company account to my own, but coudn't because it was being used for my personal account
Thanks for pointing out the obvious soltion - I'd just got distracted by failing to find the "delete account" button
I jump into this discussion as I am facing the same issue and I still haven't found any solution.
Basically I just need a "delete account" button.
If not available, could the support team pls delete it on my behalf ?
