CAD Technician

Miejsce Pracy: Dubai, ZEA

Main role:

• Prepare design and workshop drawings layouts including general arrangements, plant room details, elevations and sections according to the design/consultants drawings
• Coordinate services for all drawing disciplines.
• Prepare final As-built drawings
• Check architectural and Structural working drawings for omissions or conflicts
• Prepare Sketch drawings if & when necessary to clarify areas of difficulty
• Prepare Base Plans for External References (X-Ref's Plans).
• Prepare Production drawings & IFC drawings for Issue.
• Preparation of Schematics
• Giving quantity estimate to commercial department to enable them to quote competitively.
• Assist with reticulation sizing using manufactures software & catalogues

Requirements:

• At least 8 years expeirence in CAD drawings
• Good knowledge of AutoCad and Revi software
• Fluent English
• Experience in Building Service Industry
• Good attitude and work ethic
• Problem sovling skill
• Understanding codes, strandars and regulations
