Is anyone looking for someone to write their NPDES Documents for them?

I have designed most of my own templates for:
Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP),
Water Quality Management Plan (WQMP),
Standard Urban Stormwater Management Plan (SUSMP),
Urban Stormwater Management Plan (USMP),
Stormwater Quality Urban Impact Mitigation Plan (SQUIMP), and
Storm Water Pollution Control Plan (SWPCP).

All of my documents are always kept current with city, county, and/or state
agency requirements. Plans are designed using the latest AutoCAD. All
documents that I have submitted to various agencies in California have been
approved. Documents can be modified to work with agencies outside California
as 99% of my research is over the internet. Some of my documents have even
been used by agencies as exhibits for other engineering companies to use.

I do all the research, but I will require a few items from you prior to
starting the conceptual document. My requirements will differ per document,
but generally I will require a Title Report, Parcel or Tract Map,
(conceptual) Grading Design, Soils Report, and Hydrology/Drainage Report.

Once the document is complete and paid for, I can send it to you via e-mail,
or snail-mail. Snail-mail version is in a 3-ring binder.
