Need a quick autolisp or sim prgram written

Have a quick need.. not enough time to do it.. Who can write one for me? 

Square, (or rectangle) comes in, Value of x = length, then y = width then draws a box..

prompts for a "client" name puts it in the upper left hand corner - word wrap

promts for a "Client" number puts it in the lower right of box.

the promts for the angle  of the box - lets me place the box in the dwg at that angle

Number the would go Plus 1 for next box request

Need to be able to export data to a spread sheet - change it then re read spread sheet back in

thats it...- how much?
