1. GT_TXT2FILE command (Write Text to File) enhanced: (Text Tools)

The GT_TXT2FILE command exports text object values to an ASCII file.
This command has been enhanced slightly now and an option is available
to export only unique text values, if desired.

2. New command added: GT_HATCHBOUND: The GT_HATCHBOUND command
(Miscellaneous Tools) re-creates or re-draws the constituent hatch
boundaries from a hatch object. This command re-creates all the
boundaries as closed polylines or splines used by a hatch object. A
HATCH object may comprise of various bounded figures which are hatched
according to different styles and patterns. These are stored internally
within the HATCH object. The GT_HATCHBOUND command reads them from the
database and draws them at location. This can be used as a handy tool to
modify the hatch when the comprising boundary objects are not available.
