B&W 24" inkjet plotter

I have a techjet 720 that is about 8 yrs old. It is a 24" wide black and
white plotter. I am too lazy to list it on ebay, too lazy to box and ship,
but don't want to put it in a landfill. So if someone will use it, and not
ebay it, they can have it. They will have to pick it up in Woodstock,
Georgia. Also, they need to be computer literate, I am not able to
install/setup/support the plotter.

It always plots, and if you allow enough time, about 20 minutes per plot it
does fine. So if someone needs a low quantity of large B&W plots, such as a
student, or weekend free lancer, it may be just what you need. It might be
useful for full size woodworking or craft patterns. It does not have a
stand, but works well on a table. Being an inkjet, it is easier to use than
a pen plotter.

Regardless of what you have read elsewhere, this plotter CANNOT do
production plotting. The cutter is manual, and barely works. It accepts
rolls, but because of the cutter I recommend cut sheets. Only plots in
"enhanced mode" are acceptable for customers, normal mode is worse than
draft mode on other plotters, and draft mode is illegible. Since enhanced
mode takes about 20 minutes to plot a 24x36" plot, you can only do a few
plots a day.

I have the old (non bi-directional) printer cable I used, a partial roll of
paper, and the manual. I don't have a working cartridge, but they are still
available. I don't have the disk, but I downloaded a win2000 version of the
driver here:

Would email you but cannot find an e-mail address. I am very interested in the plotter. If you still have it e-mail me @ eweisner@comcast.net. Where is Woodstock GA?
