Designer / Architect - Tampa
Designer / Architect w/ 7-10 years experience needed at Nationally recognized design firm in Tampa. Responsibilities to include organization, management and participation in schematic designs and design development. Candidate shall possess single / multi family residential, amenity and clubhouse design experience. Required understanding of building codes, ADA and Fair Housing. Architectural Job Captain - Tampa
Assists Project Manager and is AutoCAD proficient in producing construction documents. Minimum 10 years experience in architecture and construction detailing multifamily, amenity and commercial buildings. Generates documents from design sketches, assesses project and recommends solutions to P.M. for implementation. Self-motivated and researches product data at PM’s direction. Possesses knowledge of building codes, ADA and Fair Housing requirements. Reviews, coordinates and delegates work to staff and consultants. Architectural degree or equal experience required.
