Let me introduce myself. My name is Nick Haury and I do outsource
architectural drafting for a living since Jan 1st of 1990. That over 15
yrs experience in the architectural field. I have been using AutoCAD
since v. 1.0 back in '82' I believe.
I am currently looking for outsource work in the architectural field.
I am a National Outsource Service, so I could fit into your office
style with out a hassle. I create your standards and styles and only
use them on your projects. All work is proprietary and as part of my
service, I set up a virtual office with your firm. This way you can
connect with my computer to view your project and make comments as
needed. No wasting time over the telephone, and sending check set
drawing back and forth. My rates' are very reasonable and work is timely.
I offer my services to those persons in the Gulf Coast that need to
start to rebuild. I will cut my fee by 3/4 for this service and provide
all the materials need to complete the job.

Nick, If you do good drawings, which is the foundation for good
construction, then you should charge a good fee for that work. Building
contractors are not going to cut their fees, so do not cut yours. Bob
