Using Plan view annotation tool to pull two alignment elevations error.

Using an alignment annotation at point tool, it is using my Expressions and Elevation from the first profile correctly for my TC, but for my gutter text, it is not executing my expression to give me the first two digits.  It gives me the last two values that I want from the gutter profile, however is not executing that first bit for whatever reason.  I tried writing a second truncate expressions (<Profile Elevation>/100) which is exactly equal to the first but it doesn't execute either.

I did notice that the anchor point for the first value does have *error in the box.  Could this be the culprit?

Nvm, made a brand new block and did it again and it worked.  Sorry for the false alarm..
