Two Drawing Paths - One Drawing

Have you seen this before?

SDI=1 but the drawing path at the top of the window is different than the drawing path under the Window pull-down:

Which one is right?

I've seen many times where the path in the title bar doesn't update when I Ctrl+Tab between drawings.

The one at the top of the window is the correct drawing path.  [Ctrl+Tab] does nothing. There is only one possible drawing because SDI (Single Document Interface) = 1

I did start to open the other drawing shown in the Window pull-down but I cancelled the dialog and did not open it.  After I saw what is in the picture I figured it was time to close and restart AutoCAD.

I had switched between SDI=0 and SDI=1 at some point prior to starting to open the other drawing and then cancelling.  Idk if that can contribute to the problem.
