Turn off/Hide "Move Leader Vertex" on leaders

I just need "Drag Label". I don't know anyone who uses those "extra" grips, and hundreds of thousands of hours have been wasted around the world selecting the wrong one. Even, if I can change the color of the grips to distinguish them apart. Any help or solutions other than I am wrong and dumb?.... Thanks

This is a standard autocad leader or a C3D label that has a dragged state which will get a leader after moving the label away from the object?

A C3D label that has a dragged state... I was referring to the excessive grips like "Move Leader Vertex", "Reset Label Location" and "Add Leader Vertex" that I wish can be disabled or changed to a different color. Thanks

we have all those options except for dragging the other end of the leader. that for me would be useful.
