Translate a drawing from a local coordinate system to state plane

Looking for a better way to translate a drawing from a rotated local coordinate system back to state plane. I have several drawings in house that are on a local system and rotated about a bearing. I need to move all of these to state plane coordinate system. I have GPS points for the boundary irons of the parcel. My original plan was to move each individual drawing with a base line to one of the irons and rotate about that iron to get back to state plan coordinate. Is there a way to set a translation in CAD to move all of these to a state plan coordinate?

I have not been able to find anything about this. I have found information on setting and changing the coordinate system in the drawing but not translating to state plane based on survey data.

Hi @bradydarrah,
"I have GPS points for the boundary irons of the parcel."
Let's see what you've got. Please post your drawing and GPS points. Traditionally, the Transformation Tab was used for Ground-to-Grid, but >>>This Way<<< is much better.
