Toolspace Displays But Not Exactly Right

My Toolspace is there, and it has the usual prospector, settings, and toolbox tabs, but what it doesn't have is a type of box that shows the names of files, and what styles and layers they are set to. It's something I noticed some other users have on How-To videos. The reason I want this feature is that it can speed of some processes, such as changing feature line layers all together. It would also help, I think, with seeing pathing of the files.

Here is a snip of what Toolspace displays as:

Also here is a snip of the heading of another users Civil3D Toolspace:

Thanks for your help!

Hi @sethdwelter  the lower area will remain blank until you click on something that has data to display there. For example click on point groups in the top half and you should see data appear in the lower area.
