Surface display

I have a proposed surface that I cannot see. I see the labels but no contours. I checked the style for both plan and model and the layers or on. HELP

Do you have LEVELOFDETAIL on? Have you tried zooming in?

Thanks, Seem to be okay now. Not sure if levelofdetail was it. My co-worker was able to see the contours on his pc. Is levelofdetail a C3D setvar or drawing setvar.

It's Civil 3D and maybe Map 3D. Although it acts as a SYSVAR it's listed as a command. It only affects Surfaces.

LEVELOFDETAIL turns it on.

LEVELOFDETAILOFF turns it off.
