docx attachments are a bit scary. Most members won't open them. And in this case it wasn't necessary. You could have made your case with a short paragraph and two png's.

I use the 2016 version both C3D and Map 3D, and I haven't noticed what you're seeing. Are you up to date on service packs?

Could you post a C3D and a Map3D drawing that shows the problem?
