model parking lots with walls

i have a project i am currently working on, pretty hilly relief. i am creating a parking lot which will have a grade break wall to separate it from the lawn area in front of the proposed building, about 10' higher. the wall does not run the entire length of the parking lot but most of it.

I have tried to add the wall as a hide boundary but the contours come out all wacky on the parking lot side (small mounds). as i write this, i am thinking that adding the wall as two feature lines for wall top and bottom may help alleviate this. I already have the wall top and bottom cogo points created which i have added to the TIN definition. I guess the feature line with the same elevations will help?

Typically I model the top back and bottom face of a wall using breaklines and let the TIN form the wall. If you want a more accurate representation you can add a breakline for the top face as well.

Break lines for sure.
