Menu Bar Help *Easy

I'm sure this is an easy fix, but some how I have messed up some settings Smiley Sad.  (I was messing around in the menuload command yesterday. )

When I click on something (like a viewport, or xref-ed image) the menu line doesn't change to show me the properties/options associated with that task.

Also there are a lot of options on the menu line.  See image 1.

I also took a screen shot of the menuload customizations.

If RIBBONCONTEXTSELECT is set to 0, then Context Ribbons will not be brought into focus.

Set it to 1 or 2, default value is 1.

If this doesn't help then review the "Contextual Tab States" within the CUI under the Ribbon category.

For example, "External Reference Selected" should be listed here under "Contextual Tab States".

In the future instead of using menuload type cui into the command line. The CUI editor opens. Locate the Partial Customizations tree and right-click on it. Browse to the menu file and load it here.

If you don't have a lot of customization you don't want to loose. A Repair of Civil 3D is probably the fastest way to recover from this.
