LandXML: Import DTM twice without options?

Example:

- I have a DTM named "test.dtm"

- I use "Import - LandXMl" to import "test.xml" which conatains "test.dtm"

Problem:

- The only thing I see is an "Information: LandXMl Import-conflict: test.dtm is refreshed"

The common "state of the art" with file-conflicts is that the software asks me something like:

"You want to import the surface "test" which already exists in drawing. Do you want to ..

Skip and existing stays unchanged / Import and existing will be replaced / merge both together"

Is there really no way to do this?

Is there any possibility to change the name of the existing surface in the drawing or even in land.xml.

Yes, but I have to know before or I have to watch very carefully while importing. The software does not help me ..
