Junctions/intersections Recreate Corridor Regions issue

Hi,

I'm having a problem with the Junction Intersection Tool.

I can create the required junctions and everything looks great. All profiles are locked and geometry looks good.

If at anytime one the junction rebuilds portions of profiles across the scheme are deleted and the geometry corrupted.

There are no warning screen and this can happen unnoticed.

I have tried keeping the junctions separate from the corresponding Corridors, rebuilding them, and starting completely from scratch.

Any fixes, ideas or alternative work flows will be greatly appreciated.
