Google earth to Civil 3d

i extracted this surface points from google earth pro. but this points can be seen only in scale 1:1 .For me, when i draw my road alignment here....due to scale difference ,the alignment portion is so over the scale that ,it overhide everything.

I can't look at your dwg now, but there are much better sources for terrain data vs Google earth. Do you know about the National Map? You can download digital terrains for free.

Thanks for posting your drawing.
Something other than a "dot" point will show up better. But the big problem is the coordinates of your points. They are Lat Long numbers, not UTM84-45N.
