Geolocation firewall

We are having issues with the geolocation and are wondering if there is a port we need to open or something else. This was working until an update to our Firewall.  From Autodesk I followed these steps with no luck "You do not have permission to access Online Map Data" in AutoCAD Products (autodesk.com)

The error starts with " you don't have permissions..."  The goes to "This site can't be reached accounts.autodesk.com took to long to respond".

Civil 3D 2022, latest updates.

This page was in one of the links in the Autodesk page that you linked, did you try these settings?:

I'm not sure.  The IT company we used made an update to the firewall prior to the issue.  The said this wasn't causing the issue, but it magically went away shortly after we contacted them and sent them the link.
