HOW CAN I EXPORT USER DEFINED COORDENATES SYSTEM (DOSE NOT HAVE CODE)?
TO BE IMPORTED AND USED IN OTHER PC's.

You should be able to save the drawing with the CS and then the other person opening the file with be informed of the new CS and asked if they want to save it to their library.

What's the program the other colleagues area using?
AutoCAD? Arc Pro? Something else?
Set a drawing to your new system, save the file and then have the other users open that drawing. It will request to add the CS to the library, just as I stated in my post #2
