Editable Block Table

Hello 

I am trying to setup an editable block where I choose a "width" and a "Diameter" from a table and the block resizes to the requested sizes. 

I set up a constrainted block but if I choose a "width" that is large and a "Diam" that is small it gives me errors. This is because the number of circles is not enough to add up to the requested "width".

Is there a constraint that will add more "Diam" (circles) if the "width" is greater than the sum of the diameters x  number of "Diam"
