Corridor Triangulation

I posted this some time ago with two issues.

Angel Espinosa was nice enough to help me figure out what was causing the
first issue ( a
spike in the center of the cul-de-sac) but I still have an issue in this dwg
with the corridor triangulating incorrectly along the curb. The attached dwg
is setup to display the errors. Notice that the bottom of curb/edge of
pavement does not break where it should.

I have built & rebuilt the assemblies and corridors with the same results.
Civil 3D in on the shelf in our company until we get this figured out.

I would love to hear from anyone with some input/advice. I posted the dwg in
the AutoCAD Customer Files newsgroup. I tried to post a png but I have not
seen the post appear on this NG. Is there a block on png files?
