Thank you for your response tcorey, regrettably the dialog box did not refresh or regenerate after being moved. This particular issue is reoccurring after two re-installs and one repair. FYI System properties are Intel(R) Xeon(R) E-2174G CPU @ 3.80GHz 3.79 GHz (Processor), 64-bit OS & x64 based Processor (System type), 31.8 GB usable Ram. I think hardware can be ruled out.
