Windows 7 64 bit, AutoCAD 2009 and Civil 3D 2009

IT just purchased two new computers that are running Windows 7 64 bit. Our company uses both AutoCAD 2009 and Civil 3D 2009 on Windows XP 32 bit and I have the object enabler installed on AutoCAD to be able to see the Civil objects. I can not locate a object enabler for the 64 bit system. Does anyone know if AutoCAD 2009 64 bit can display Civil 3D objects? If not, has anyone else encountered this problem and found a solution? (I attempted to install AutoCAD 2009 32 bit on the 64 bit system but the deployment failed.)

Thanks in advance.

There is no fix: 64bit OEs do not exist for R2009.

R2009 is R2009, whether 32bit or 64bit, it's off the same DVD from the same
production run, from the same code.

Then is there a way to install the 32 bit AutoCAD on the 64 bit system, so I can use the 32 bit OE?
