Who all is a Registered engineer, architect or land surveyor

I need your response. The state(s) that your are registered in, what is the
statue regarding digital seals? Are they allowed, if so, what are the
requirement?

Missouri is looking at changing the statue, but wondered what other states
are doing. I know Kansas allows the digital seal, but that's the only one I
know of.

Any help would be appreciated.

Registered in Colorado

Per the Regs:
"B. The stamp may be of a type that is embossed, rubber stamped or
electronically generated and must be affixed directly to the reproduction
drawings and specifications. The original signature of the individual named
on the seal and the date of the signature shall appear across the face of
each original seal imprint. Exception to this rule is allowed only as
required for compliance with a federal contract."

Not a direct reply to your request, however here is a link I've found
helpful in determining actual requirements of State Licensing Boards...I
have found it often is not helpful to actually ask the architects or
enginners themselves, because there is a wide variance on their
understanding and knowledge of each states requirements.

We've got architects registered in Alabama, Georgia, Florida, Virginia, and
North & South Carolina. I'm pretty sure Florida is the only one that
doesn't allow digital seals.
