what is going on with subscription support requests? cannot view

I went to look at an old support request, and the website is all redone.

The original request is readable, but the followups are listed as a big list, with links to view.

The view links open a half encrypted text file.

I'm sure this is a technical messup.

can anyone see their old support requests and replies?

only the most recent support request shows any follow-ups, and only the last half dozen requests show up at all.

and that last one does not show all follow-ups.  Nothing displayed encrypted though.

just checked on an XP computer, same issue.  Its adesk' site, not a problem on our end.
