View Port Overlap Issue (ADT 2006)

Anybody seen this one? I have a user that has one viewport overlaping another. The one viewport is masking the viewport that's behind it? You can use Ctrl+R to toggle between them fine. The one just blocks what you see behind it. Like the viewports are attaching a masking object to them? I've tried erasing them and recreating them to no avail. Are their any system variables for viewports that I'm missing? I've checked all the R-Clicks that I can think of? Any ideas?

I figured it out. The viewports "Shademode" was NOT set to "2D Wireframe".
