Only in America can you repackage the same thing, call it improved, and get
more money for it.

I love CAD. Without it I wouldn't have my 5 acres and 3500 sqft home. I
just don't care for the business practices that a certain software company
employs.

What business practices are you referring to? That the company develops new applications to its existing software. We should question our own business practices when we purchase something and only use a small percentage of it. You would not by an expensive surround sound home entertainment system if all you wanted to do is listen to the radio.

One of the great things about business in America is the free market system. You have a choice.

No, its because of work ethic of said cad user and this great country.
If it hadn't been cad, they would have prospered in another field.

Then don't buy it. Course you'd have to quit buying everything.
But hey, that's just me.

Oh it's improved, you've just chosen to avoid using those improvements as you've stated several times in the "other" thread.

There is a difference between "the same thing" and using a new thing "in the same old way". You've chosen to use the new improved thing "in the same old way", then want to gripe because nothing is different. Should I quote Bugs again?
But hey, that's just me.
