I use appliances here but my wife uses MXlogic where she works. All in all I think she is pleased with it...they (MXLogic) had one problem a few weeks ago where everyone's email was delayed for hours but that has been the only serious event she's experience with them over the past year or so.
If you don't host your own mail then MXlogic would be a good choice.
