recommendations for software

I would like screen capture of images and videos specifically for autocad
(and maybe revit)
so that I can generate some tutorial images and avi files.

which software is the best for under $100

Thanks

Jamie

SnagIt = $49.95 with free trial version is what I use. Highly
recommended, by me at least 🙂

under $100??? good luck.

We use Camtasia and Snagit, they are excellent for what we do. they bundle for $324

You can play with Jing from Techsmith and see if it works for you, combined with Snagit, it'll be under $100.

Hi Jamie,

For stills in AutoCAD look at PNGOUT. It doesn't give annotation though
and I've no idea if it is in Revit.

The best screen grabber software is almost certainly SnagIt (from
Techsmith). The latest version allows you to use the standard
PrintScreen button to call it.

Camtasia (also from Techsmith) is a good as anything for making AVIs

Autodesk labs has a ScreenCapture for AutoCAD, along with other ADN plugins...
