"Print current view" issue with Adobe

I realize this is not an AutoCAD issue, but its one of my jobs to have folks also be able to print drawings.
(I am posting this on the Acrobat board as well)

We are having an "issue" when using adobe acrobat professional

Sometimes the "print current view" is not available as a choice from the print window when in adobe (its not consistent at all)

Anyone else have this issue?

Why don't they just print drawings, free viewer from Autodesk works great:
http://www.autodesk.com/dwgtrueview

or switch to dwf? Auto-output is built into 2008.

Is everyone on the current version of Adobe Acrobat, and fully patched?
Are your AutoCAD users all plotting to the same exact PDF driver, and using
the same exact parameters?
