Project Web Management.

We want to utilize web based project management software to become a more efficient office. The question we're asking ourselves is, what software do we use? Part of our exploration process is to solicit any insights or opinions you folks might have...Some of the things we're looking for are: whiteboard technology perhaps with audio capabilities for net meetings, sketches (hand or cad) associated with documents (like RFI's) rather than posted in a different folder, customizable interface, the ability to have users view, redline and print formated documents without having the program the documents were created on, and speed, speed, speed. Certainly there are many other parameters to this discussion which I hope you'll all add to. Thanks in advance for your success (or failure) stories. e.

I do not know where you can find ALL of that, but a good healthy
part of it is at Autodesk's own BUZZSAW http://www.buzzsaw.com .
Take the time and explore fully, some of the best features are
tucked-away for some reason.

John, Archibus & Aperture are CAFM systems. I've never seen them referred to as "CAD" management
systems. What specifically are you seeking to accomplish? - I may be able to offer some insight.
Depending on your response, we perhaps should start another thread as the ensuing discussion may
not relate to the original post.
