profile issues autocad 2009 and vista

autocad 2009 update 3 on vista 32 or vista 64

permissions set to local admin

TOOLS-OPTIONS-PROFILES-RENAME (of active profile) or ADD TO LIST freezes
autocad

IMPORT seems okay

When will AutoDESK address this issue, which was previously posted over two
months ago?

You are unlikely to gather much support for a 2009 product when 2011 is the latest release. This will be especially true if the problem has been resolved in later versions. I would not hold your breath on such expections.
