any large firms out there using one of the big print tracking software programs like sepialine, print audit, or copitrak ? or something else?

integration with other software like active directory is important.

Don't know what you consider large, We track about 100 users in two
offices.

My vote is for Sepialine very reliable.

Sepialine too here with over 140 users printing very large volume of B/W and colors.
