Menuload

Trying to load a partial menu (pulldown selection)
into my current menu.  I do menuload, go to the server where the file
(*.mns) is stored and load it.  Then I go to that menu group on
the menubar and add the selection I want to my pulldown.  It works
fine.  As soon as I close and reopen A2Ki, the pulldown is gone and I must
reload it all again.  I was hoping to be able to load pulldowns (this is a
block selection menu) on all my users computers without having to continually
copy the file to their pcs.  This way I could make changes once and
when they start cad it would reflect the changes.  Any suggestions?
Thanks.

Are you setting a current profile at launch time,
and does this match the profile that you are menuloading the server menu
into?

Also if you are using LDD (maybe other vertical
apps also), you need to save the menu palette after the menu is loaded (under
projects).

Jeff,

In our case, we have inserted the following lines into a startup routine.
Where "menuname" = your custom menu

(command "menuunload" "menuname")
(command "menuload" menuname")

(menucmd "P17=+menuname.POP17")
