Locked or unlocked

Why doesn my product information show that I have a
LOCKED installation?  Don't we have to be using a DONGLE for locked
installations?

That definition changed a few releases ago.
Locked now means software locked not hardware locked.
Caused considerable confusion a few years ago and is still causing confusion.
