installing windows xp

can i create a boot disk (A:) to install win xp.....i have a computer that
will not let me change the boot sequence.....

You can download a utility from Microsoft to create XP setup disk here:

http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;q310994

If I remember correctly it requires 6 floppy disks.
