Guillemot video card, any comments?

I'm building my first computer so i have purchased:
AMD 1Ghz
256mb Ram
Epox main board
Now i need a video card

I'm thinking about purchasing the :
Guillemot / Hercules Prophet II mx
32mb sdr geforce2 mx 2x/4x agp 350 mhz ramdac.

Does anyone have any problems with it i have read thru the pervious
threads and have not heard anything about it. Some of my friends
recommended it but they are mostly into gaming. My main goal is to get a
good card for auto cad, and the occasionally 3dviz and it should also
be decent for gaming (when i have time)and in the price range of $200.
Cadence reveiwed some cards ATI (the lowest price card), the next one
was an Elsa, Fire gl2, and the Oxygen (the most expensive).

Thanks,
Nick

p.s.
I just don't want to spend unnecessary, or spend very little money and
be disappointed and forced to buy another card. i'm really undecided.
thanks again

I have been very happy with the ATI cards. I have them in 6 or 7 machines
in my office. I have the All-in-Wonder in mine and it does quite well. I
use ADT2000i and Accurender 3.0 with no problems.
