DVD vs. CD

Just wondering...

I have not received every product we use yet, but why is Map 3D 2008 still on four CDs and the other products I have received (AutoCAD, Architecture, MEP, etc.) on a single DVD ?

It's hard to start a Map installation and go do something else when you have to change the CD four times !

you could also make a network install image that runs all at once.
The cool thing is you can easilty switch an install from network licensing to standalone and back, so you can actually
install a network version of autocad from the disks as a standalone, then convert to network.
instructions are floating around on these NG's but I find i want the ability to install from image or disks and its easy
to do.
