Deployment error?

Created a standalone deployment image the other day for AutoCAD 2010.
Installed on a client box this morning and I am getting the following error
when executing a load statement (loading a vlx file) via our company MNL.

Assert failed in file ..\KERN\FNS\VRTLIB.CPP,
line 366:
st_readablep(istm)
LPP: last error can be FATAL; error: Assert failed in file
..\KERN\FNS\VRTLIB.CPP, line 366:
st_readablep(istm)


Is this a problem with the deployment image? Did not find any clues when
searching the Autodesk site about this error.
