I have been trying to change my custom ribbon panels in AutoCAD MEP 2011 to not show the text for the buttons. They are currently large with vertical text. I have searched the forums and have tried the \n approach for the description parameter but to no avail.
Just wondering if anyone else has had the same problem and has figured out a solution.
At the end of the panel labels is a small gray rectangle with an up-arrow in it, with a gray down arrow: click and explore what is built in that does not require you to redefine all of your CUI file (hope that is what you are looking for).
I have create a full suite of customs commands and created panels and tabs with these commands. Also I have used the advance options of the cui properties menu but to still no avail. It seems with AutoCAD MEP that some features are not as easy as vanilla AutoCAD.
One would have to think that leaving the "Command Display Name" blank would be enough, but it would appear not so.
